This Privacy Policy explains how Nadi For Investment LLC ("Sofra House", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our apps and related services (the "Service"), whether as a customer or a Kitchen Partner.
Account & profile: your name, phone number (verified via a one-time code), and, if you provide one, an email or profile photo.
Location & delivery: the delivery addresses you save, and, where you grant permission, your device's location — used to show kitchens that can deliver to you and to estimate delivery distance.
Orders & payments: your order history, items, delivery instructions, and payment status. Card and bank details are collected and stored directly by Stripe, our payment processor, under its own privacy policy — we receive only confirmation, amount, and payout information, never your full card or bank account number.
Kitchen Partner information: for Kitchen Partners, business details, kitchen address, and any verification documents you upload (such as a food-handling certificate), and a Stripe Connect account for receiving payouts.
Communications: messages sent through in-app chat with a kitchen or customer for an order, and messages you send our support team.
Device & usage: device type, app version, crash logs, and push-notification tokens, so we can deliver order updates and keep the app working reliably.
We use the information above to: operate and improve the Service; process orders and payments; match customers with kitchens that can deliver to them; send order, account, and (if you opt in) promotional notifications; provide customer support; screen messages for abusive or fraudulent content; verify Kitchen Partner documents and eligibility; and meet legal and tax obligations.
We share what's necessary to fulfil an order: a customer's delivery address and order details with the kitchen fulfilling it, and a customer's name and message content with that kitchen for order-related chat, and vice versa.
We share information with service providers who help us run the Service under their own confidentiality and security obligations, including Stripe (payments and payouts), Firebase/Google (sign-in, push notifications, crash reporting), and Google Maps (address lookup and delivery distance).
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights, safety, or property of Sofra House, our users, or the public, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information.
We keep account and order information for as long as your account is active and as needed to satisfy accounting, tax, and legal obligations afterward. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time, subject to records we're required to keep by law (for example, transaction records).
You can review and update most of your profile and address information directly in the app. You can turn off push notifications in your device settings, and disable optional features like Face ID/fingerprint app-lock in Settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Contact us at support@nadillc.com to make a request, or visit our Delete My Account page.
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll remove it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.
Our servers and service providers may process and store information outside the country you live in. By using the Service you consent to that transfer, consistent with this Policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll let you know in the app before it takes effect.
